WHAT TO EXPECT
WITH THE
RESTORE BREATH:

WHAT IS RESTORE BREATH:
A gentle practice using a slow, spacious breath to settle the nervous system and deepen connection with yourself, your intuition, and something greater than yourself. By cultivating a sense of safety in the body, we create space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with what lives beneath the surface.

TIMING OF SESSION:
Our first session is spacious — 2.5 hours for 1:1 and 3 hours for small groups. We’ll begin by arriving, learning and practicing the breathing technique, and setting intentions for what you’d like to explore. Then you’ll lie down comfortably and begin the 90-minute Restore Breath. We’ll close with 20–40 minutes of integration, allowing time to reflect, process, and return feeling grounded and resourced. You’ll be comfortably supported throughout the breathing practice.

HOW WE BREATHE:
I’ll guide you into a long, slow, fuller-than-usual breathing pattern that creates space for a deeper inner experience. With less direction and involvement from me, this practice allows you to follow your own inner rhythm and discover what unfolds. Throughout the session, I’ll offer energetic attunements such as Reiki, alongside a carefully curated playlist to support you in moving out of your head and into the deeper layers of your body, psyche, and spirit.

TIMING OF LIFE:
Restore Breath can be supportive in all seasons of life whether you’re seeking rest, navigating change, longing for deeper connection, or simply making space to listen inward. It offers an opportunity to slow down, replenish, and reconnect with yourself.

THE ANSWER IS YES.

Restore Breath is a gentle, spacious practice that invites you to slow down, cultivate a sense of safety in your body, and deepen your connection with yourself and something greater than yourself. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have an established practice, this session offers space to turn inward, listen, and explore what unfolds. If you’re longing for rest, reconnection, or simply a space to be rather than do, this practice is for you.
