1:1 - THE Personal Path

Here, we follow your thread — whatever you’re ready to explore, integrate, or release. This is for you if you want an intimate, attuned space to breathe into what’s present right now.
During our time together, I offer supportive touch to help move energy through the body, as well as Reiki for deeper energetic alignment. We’ll set a clear intention before we begin so the session has direction and focus. After the breathwork, we’ll take time to debrief — giving space for reflection, grounding, and integration so you leave feeling supported and resourced.
*Currently, I’m only able to offer IN-PERSON 1:1 during the week between the hours of 9-3.

You can work with me one session at a time, or step into a 3-month container where we focus more deeply on a theme that matters to you. In our first session (2.5 hours), we’ll create a strong foundation for the work. Each session after that (2 hours) will build on what’s unfolding, giving space for deeper integration and transformation.

This is your space — wherever you are in the world — to connect deeply with yourself through the breath. Together, we’ll meet on Zoom for a guided breathwork journey designed to support whatever you’re ready to explore, release, or remember.
Our session begins with conversation and intention setting, followed by the breathwork session. I’ll hold space for you with verbal guidance and a carefully curated playlist to help you drop into the deeper layers of your body, emotions, and spirit.
What you’ll need: A quiet, private space, a yoga mat or bed to lie down on, headphones, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported (blankets, eye mask, journal).

Through breath, we listen for the voice of your younger self — the one who still holds the original colors of your being. This journey blends breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, and archetypal exploration to help you connect with your inner child in a safe, supportive way.
Over four months, we’ll gather in a small, intentional group. We will follow a gentle path: listening, getting in touch with this part of you, and creating a safe space for it to express, be heard, and receive what it has always needed from you. With trust and compassion, you begin the work of re-parenting — meeting your own needs with love, and in doing so, healing yourself at the root.
**Enrollment in this Series is by consultation, to ensure the container is the right fit for where you are in your journey.

I’m offering this Series in two Groups. Group 1 will meet on Sundays and group two will meet during the week during work hours for those of us who have flexibility.
Group 1 - This four-month container begins Sunday, September 14, 2025 and meets once a month on Sunday (exact dates and time TBD), weaving intention, breathwork, and soulful connection into a slow, deep dive.Group 2 - This four-month container begins Monday, September 15, 2025 and meets once a month on Monday or Tuesday at 10 am, weaving intention, breathwork, and soulful connection into a slow, deep dive.
The journey aligns with a potent cosmic shift—a Pisces Lunar Eclipse and North Node in Pisces—calling us toward intuition, emotional depth, and spiritual integration.

Each breath opens a doorway into your feminine — your intuition, your voice, your sensuality, your power. This is a space to remember and reclaim the truth of who you are, beyond conditioning and expectation.
I believe the feminine is rising, not just as an idea, but as a living, breathing energy inside each of us. It’s time we listen to her, embody her, and let her guide us into ways of being that are raw, alive, and sovereign.
Over four months, we’ll gather in a small, intentional group. Each month centers on a different facet of the feminine — from attuning to your intuition, to reclaiming your voice, to embracing your sensuality, to standing fully in your power.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, archetypal exploration, journaling, and supportive circle space, you’ll be held in fierce unconditional love as you meet yourself more deeply and integrate these energies into your daily life.

Each month, you have the option to gather twice — once on the New Moon to plant intentions, and once on the Full Moon to release what no longer serves.

Full Moon Breathwork — Release & Surrender
The full moon is a mirror — illuminating what’s been growing within you and showing you what’s ready to be released. We breathe to let go of the heavy, stagnant, or outdated, creating space for what’s true.Each session is an online circle where you can arrive exactly as you are. Through intentional breath, gentle body-based guidance, and a safe, attuned space, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your own rhythm.
