Through breath, we listen for the voice of your younger self — the one who still holds the original colors of your being. This journey blends breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, and archetypal exploration to help you connect with your inner child in a safe, supportive way.
Over four months, we’ll gather in a small, intentional group. We will follow a gentle path: listening, getting in touch with this part of you, and creating a safe space for it to express, be heard, and receive what it has always needed from you. With trust and compassion, you begin the work of re-parenting — meeting your own needs with love, and in doing so, healing yourself at the root.
